G-L

GALAHAD
Guest-Starred in: Excalibur #3-4, 6

NOTES: Galahad was the son of Lancelot, a mutant knight whose death he blamed on Havok. He served the telepath Merlin, and turned on the X-Men under his orders, killing a number of Madroxes. However, when he saw Merlin's true nature-- that of the villain Slayer-- Galahad allowed Havok to kill his master. He remains in the Camelot reality, helping to put it right, and his enhanced physical prowess and bio-armor make him a formidable warrior.

GAMBIT (Remy LeBeau)

Starring in: X-Factor #1-

Previously in: The Crossroads

NOTES: Gambit has been a mainstay of the X-Factor team and temporarily led the team in Rogue's absence. He is currently dealing with her amped-up new powers, which seem to guarantee they will never be able to touch.

GATEWAY

Guest-Starring in New X-Men #5-

NOTES: Gateway was last seen helping Storm to retake reality 502's Wakanda from her future self. This was presumably an alternate-future version of the character, although this is Gateway we're talking about, so you never know...

GAWAIN
Guest-Starring in Excalibur #4, 6

NOTES: One of Merlin's mutant knights, Gawain was defeated in Excalibur #6.

GHAZIKHANIAN, ANNIE
Guest-Starring in: Uncanny X-Men #4, 7

NOTES: Jean-Paul Beaubier called his old friend Annie for help in healing the comatose Siryn. Annie remained at the mansion, caring for their wounded, despite her intention “not to get sucked back in.”

GHAZIKHANIAN, CARTER
Guest-Starring in: Uncanny X-Men #4

NOTES: It was through Carter's telepathy that Annie and the team saved Siryn. He is likely to attend the Massachusetts Academy in future.

GREGSON, General Matthew

Guest-Starring: New X-Men #1, 7

NOTES: Gregson commanded the human task force that captured Bishop, X-23, and Marvel Girl when they arrived in the future. Although his superiors were upset with him for allowing their escape, Gregson persuaded them to give him another chance and a prootion to Major General, from which capacity he now leads the fight against mutantkind.

GUILLAUME

Guest-Starring in: X-Factor #3-6

NOTES: Guillaume was an old man, head of the New Orleans Thieves' Guild in Reality 915, who struck a deal with Gambit to help X-Factor in exchange for a cut of their earnings. He later proved to have enhanced abilities of his own-- energy manipulation. He restored Rogue's Ms. Marvel powers and helped the team against the Slayer.

GUINEVERE

Guest-Starred in: Excalibur #1, 3, 6, The Crossroads

NOTES: Guinevere was the young queen of Reality 225, apparently a pawn of Merlin. However, she was too smart to follow the villain, and chose the X-Men over him. Before they left, she revealed to Alex Summers her knowledge of the Multiverse and told him “your secret's safe with me.” It is unclear precisely who or what Guinevere actually is, but Lorna Dane has returned to Camelot to get some answers from her.

HAVOK (Alex Summers)

Starring in: Uncanny X-Men #7-

Previously in: Excalibur #1-6, The Crossroads

NOTES: Alex Summers played a significant role in defeating the Slayer, killing his primary vessel (Merlin) and leading the team that freed Storm from his control. Now Alex returns to the main field team and takes over the administrative details at Xavier's while his brother is in the future.

Alex is becoming a father figure to his niece, Rachel, and even seemed to flirt with Jean Grey when the two worked closely together in Camelot (at least Lorna Dane thought so)-- but nothing came of that, and now he and Lorna stand on the verge of reconciling.

HAWK (Thomas Hawkins-- a.k.a. Bug)
Guest-Starring in: Uncanny X-Men #2-6, The Crossroads, Generation: Eternity #1-

NOTES: A tiny, misshapen mutant with enhanced speed and agility, Hawk wants to be a super-hero and usually talks a mile-a-minute. He joined the X-Men for the final battle and will be attending the Massachusetts Academy to hone his abilities.

HOBGOBLIN (version unknown)
Guest-Starring in: Spider-Man Eternity one-shot

NOTES: Spider-Man fought one of the various Hobgoblins when he went back to the past after the House of M. Ironically, it was doing *worse* in this battle that enabled Spidey to save Maria Strickland's life-- if he'd been busily dueling the Goblin as he was in the original timeline, he never would have known she was in danger.

HUDSON, Heather
Starring in: Exiles #1-

NOTES: Heather Hudson remains outside of time, helping the Exiles in their new adventures.

HUSK (Paige Guthrie)

Starring in: X-Factor #1-

Previously in: The Crossroads

NOTES: Paige awoke with the rest of X-Factor in the Civil War of Reality 915, and was caught between the competing affections of her two loves, Warren Worthington and Jonothon Starsmore. Warren won out, proposing to Paige, then was killed in battle with the Slayer. Jono attempted to save Warren and accidentally trapped himself in the Angel's body, creating a new being. Saddened by losing them both, Paige returns to Reality 915 with only her team to fight for.

ICARUS (Jay Guthrie)

Guest-Starring in: Generation: Eternity #1-

NOTES: Icarus will be one of the students at the new Massachusetts Academy.

ICEMAN (Bobby Drake)
Starring in: Uncanny X-Men #1-
Previously in: The Crossroads

NOTES: Bobby was a key part of the Slayer's scheme to destroy the X-Men. Warned of this scheme by dreams from the future, he rigorously trained and developed his powers beyond anything he'd done before. As a consequence of this, and his heroism in the final battle, Bobby has been named Field Leader of the main X-Team.

In the future he saw, Bobby was an ageless mutant exploring a romantic relationship with Jubilee. Whether this will have any effect on his present remains to be seen.

ICHIKI, HISAKO

Guest-Starring in: Uncanny X-Men #1, 3, 6, Generation: Eternity #2-

NOTES: Hisako has moved to the Massachusetts Academy with the rest of the students from Xavier's.

IRON MAN (Tony Stark)
Guest-Starring in: Uncanny X-Men #7-8, Spider-Man one-shot

NOTES: Tony Stark approached the X-Men after the Slayer arc about returning Wanda Maximoff to the Avengers. They have so far declined his offer. Tony later reappeared at the mansion in his Iron Man persona and learned of the threat of Doctor Doom. Annoyed that the X-Men wouldn't share their knowledge, he put a contingency plan into effect which somehow involved his old colleague, Dr. Henry Pym.

Tony also attempted to convince Spider-Man to stay with the New Avengers, and when he declined, sent Luke Cage to talk some sense into him.

JAMESON, J. JONAH
Guest-Starring in: Spider-Man Eternity one-shot

NOTES: Jameson remains the publisher of the Daily Bugle. He recently received a surprise when freelance photographer Peter Parker walked into his office, quit, and punched him in the nose. Jonah is decidedly not happy, although Peter seems to have vanished.

JUBILEE (Jubilation Lee)
Starring in: Generation: Eternity #1-
Previously in: Uncanny X-Men #1-6, The Crossroads
Guest Appearances: X-Force #1 and #6.

NOTES: After a brief retirement, Jubilee returned to the team after the House of M. She fought the Slayer bravely and has become a full X-Man, although she's elected to join the new GenX team led by Emma Frost. She may have a crush on Bobby Drake.

JUGGERNAUT (Cain Marko)

Starring in: New X-Men #7-

Previously in: Excalibur #1-6, The Crossroads

NOTES: Cain served with Jean Grey's team in Camelot, nearly giving his life to protect his teammates from a dragon (Excalibur #2). He befriended Rahne Sinclair and bickered constantly with Jamie Madrox, treating the Multiple Man almost as a younger brother. Now Cain follows Jean again, this time into the future, to complete his redemption by saving his stepbrother, Charles Xavier...

KARMA (Xian Coy Manh)

NOTES: Karma has not been seen since House of M, and her status is currently unknown.

KAY
Guest-Starred in: Excalibur #1, 4, 6

NOTES: A cruel knight who abused his power, Reality 225's Sir Kay was defeated by Polaris in Excalibur #6 and is presumably now in prison.

LANCELOT (DECEASED)
Guest-Starred in: Excalibur #1-3

NOTES: Lancelot in Reality 225 was a thug with enhanced strength and speed and biological armor. He served Merlin, and developed a grudge against Alex Summers, whom he nearly killed. However, Lancelot's self-image was that of a hero, and in the end, he died heroically, attempting to save his people from Merlin's dragon. He is survived by a son, Galahad.

LENORA

Guest-Starring in: X-Factor #2, 7

NOTES: Lenora was a slave whom X-Factor freed from Nathaniel Essex, but not before he'd partially mutated her into a wolflike creature, one of his Marauders. She is presently leading the renamed Morlocks, with her lover Richard Everett. When Everett was attacked by a mysterious enemy, it was Lenora who escaped with a message for the X-Men, which she gave to Wolfsbane.

LONGSHOT

Starring in: X-Force #2-

Previously in: The Crossroads

NOTES: Longshot returned to the team with no memory of their previous meetings in the aftermath of the House of M. He is interested in resuming his relationship with Alison Blaire, although the rest of X-Force has cautioned him against it.
