The Premise
Three months ago, an alternate ending to the House of M scattered the X-Men throughout time. One team wound up in a dark future, where the mutant Gene Nation and the human army Invictus wage war across the globe.
One of the combatants, the alternate version of the mutant warrior Cable, has abducted Professor X for his own purposes. Now Scott Summers and a reborn Jean Grey lead a team into the future to save their mentor from a future that must never be...
